Here is our latest news letter. It is somewhat short of it's normal three pages as we are a little bit short of news to the Covid situation in the last couple of months but we are now entering into a phase of good news. According to the news this morning we are now at a level 2 for Covid infections in the UK. This means that we are now back to a level before the pandemic started which is astounding. From the 31st of August 2022 we no longer have to do tests in the care home unless someone is symptomatic. We can now move on with our normal routines and get down to the residents leading a more normal life. The nursing home has opened its doors for visiting from 10am until 8pm seven days a week. These times can also be flexible and are not cast in stone. We are now getting in more activities from outside. May this continue and hopefully at some point we will see the back of these nasty masks as well allowing our residents to see our faces better once more.
